Refund Policy

At StyleWear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. This policy outlines the conditions and process for returns and refunds.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Important Note

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or earrings unless they are faulty.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at returns@stylewear.com with your order number and reason for return
  • We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  • Package your item securely with the original tags attached
  • Include the completed return form (if applicable)
  • Ship the package to the address provided using a trackable shipping service

Important

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proper tracking.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund of the item price, excluding original shipping costs. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Status

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Depending on your payment method and bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • Wrong item received
  • Defective or damaged item
  • Our error in processing your order

If your return is due to our error, we will send you a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your shipping costs.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.

If you received a sale item that is defective, please contact us with photos of the issue, and we will arrange for a return and refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, we recommend:

  • Returning the original item for a refund
  • Placing a new order for the desired item

This process ensures you receive the correct item promptly while we process your return separately.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Swimwear
  • Earrings for pierced ears
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

Exception

If you receive a non-returnable item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@stylewear.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/defective item
  • Description of the issue

We will arrange for a return and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
