Processing Time

Please note that delivery times are estimates and do not include order processing time (1-2 business days). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

International Shipping

We currently ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping times and costs vary by destination.

Delivery Times: 10-21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Customs & Import Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Order Processing

Here's what happens after you place an order:

  • Order Processing: We prepare your items for shipment (1-2 business days)
  • Shipping Notification: You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information
  • In Transit: Your package is on its way to you
  • Delivery: Your order arrives at your specified address

Same-Day Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day.

Shipping Restrictions

Some restrictions apply to our shipping services:

  • We do not ship to PO boxes for expedited shipping methods
  • Signature may be required for delivery of high-value orders
  • We cannot deliver to freight forwarders
  • Some remote locations may have limited shipping options

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@stylewear.com. We can only modify the shipping address if the order hasn't been processed for shipment.

Address Correction Fee

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a $5.00 address correction fee will be applied for reshipment.

Gift Shipping

We offer gift shipping options for your convenience:

  • Gift messages can be added during checkout
  • Prices can be excluded from the packing slip
  • Gift wrapping is available for $3.99 per item

If you're shipping to a gift recipient, please use their shipping address rather than your own to ensure direct delivery.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to deliver your orders on time, occasional delays may occur due to:

Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be deemed undeliverable for several reasons:

  • Refused by recipient

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
